AI FOOH Fun Reel for HKJC Mark Six 50th Anniversary Exhibition
A generative AI-powered FOOH (Fake Out of Home) social campaign created for The Hong Kong Jockey Club. To promote the Mark Six 50th Anniversary Exhibition at Tai Kwun, the video features giant, surrealist lottery balls bouncing and rolling across iconic heritage spaces, seamlessly guiding audiences to the event venue in a playful, highly shareable format.
The Challenge
Simulating rolling spherical objects with strict branding, numbers, and typography is a known limitation in AI video generation. Conventional video models frequently distort text or warp surface geometry when the ball rotates to its rear side. The challenge was to maintain strict visual fidelity and typography consistency on a 360-degree rotating gold "50" lottery ball within complex real-world architectural surroundings.
Design Strategy & Innovation
Applied cutting-edge AI video workflows (utilizing Seedance 2.0) to solve text distortion and surface geometry warping during continuous 3D rotation. By blending real-world photography of Tai Kwun with physics-aware AI video generation, the motion graphics seamlessly integrated oversized gold lottery balls bouncing down heritage staircases, corridors, and courtyards, culminating in a dramatic entrance into the exhibition hall.
